IFE Group is proud to announce that we have been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certification for Quality Management System!
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is an independent international body that sets industrial standards for products, services, and systems to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in order to promote international trade.
In order to achieve the ISO 9001 standard, we underwent a rigorous evaluation of our quality management system, including customer service, documentation, personnel training, vendor selection, and more.
We now implement a Quality Management System certified by QAS International, a recognized international certification company of over 20 years, according to ISO 9001:2015. This recognition and our continual efforts to maintain our accreditation demonstrate our commitment to providing high-quality and consistent services and our ongoing investment in our clients, processes, and staff.
IFE Group provides quantitative analytics, mortgage performance reports, policy evaluations, and financial risk management services to the government, government sponsored enterprises, private sectors, and international government and business entities. Clauses 8.3, Design and Development, and 7.1.5.2, Measurement Traceability, are not applicable.
